Terms and conditions of sale for professional clients
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed on dondero.es by wholesale customers in the HORECA and food service sectors. For questions, please use our contact page.
Reading these general terms is a prerequisite to purchase. Any order implies acceptance of these conditions and the policies published on the site.
Art. 1 – General provisions
1. These conditions govern the commercial relationship between Dondero, registered office at Calle Quart 48, 46001 Valencia (Spain), and the professional Client, for sales made via dondero.es.
2. They apply exclusively to HORECA and food service operators; the sale is intended for professionals only.
3. The terms may be updated without prior notice; the latest version applies to orders placed after publication.
Art. 2 – Contract purpose
1. Payment constitutes a binding purchase offer; Dondero may accept it explicitly or implicitly by shipping the order.
2. The sales contract is deemed concluded upon dispatch and shipping confirmation.
3. Orders are subject to availability and logistics; Dondero is not liable for delays beyond its control.
4. Clients must register with accurate data; Dondero is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
Art. 3 – Prices, sales conditions and availability
1. Prices exclude VAT, customs duties and local taxes, which are borne by the Client.
2. Accepted payment methods are listed on the site; bank transfers must be received within 7 days.
3. If an order is not accepted, any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
4. Availability shown online is indicative and may change.
5. Prices may vary due to changes in logistics costs, raw materials or exchange rates.
Art. 4 – Frozen food products
1. All products are ultra-frozen; the Client commits to proper storage and handling.
2. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless a serious defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. In case of a confirmed defect or logistic error, Dondero will issue a credit note or replace the goods with the next order.
Art. 5 – Shipping and delivery conditions
1. Deliveries are handled by specialist refrigerated couriers maintaining the cold chain at all times.
2. Transit times are indicative; Dondero is not liable for force majeure delays.
3. Any visible damage must be written on the delivery note and reported to vlc@dondero.es within 24–48 hours.
Art. 6 – Product warranty
1. Artisan-made in Italy under applicable hygiene and safety standards.
2. In case of complaints, the Client will provide photos, batch number and storage details.
3. Dondero will evaluate the claim and offer an appropriate solution.
Art. 7 – Data protection
Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR (EU 679/2016) and Spanish law. Guidance: EDPB.
Art. 8 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Valencia (Spain) shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
By placing an order, the Client confirms they have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale.
